Customizing MADtrack
There are several things you can do to customize MADtrack to fit your
needs. You can:
- Assign your own custom names to much of the
information on major forms.
Then use these fields and lists the way YOU
want.
- Hide, disable,
or require information on major forms.
- Customize lists.
Lists are choices you pick from, such as Case types, dispositions,
disputes, activities.
You can tailor all lists to fit what you need.
- Set up your own Address Book for automatic
entry of City, State, County information.
- Automatic numbering for Cases and
Information/Referrals.
- Select from several formats of reports.
- Set up your own letter templates for correspondence.
